I love this quote from Saint Catherine of Siena – “Be who God meant you to be and you will set the world on fire.” It was quite a challenge to create the design of this card but once I sketched out the concept, I ran with it! Every time I see this image I painted in 2006, it brings a smile to my face! The intricate details in pen and ink along with the vibrant ink wash took countless hours but so worth it.
